पश्चिम बंगाल के बेहद चर्चित कारोबारी अमित अग्रवाल हुआ गिरफ्तार।केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ED की टीम द्वारा हुई गिरफ्तारी।काफी देर तक रांची स्थित ED दफ्तर में पूछताछ के बाद कि गई गिरफ्तारी।कल शनिवार सुबह रांची स्थित ED की विशेष कोर्ट में किया जाएगा पेश।ED के वरिष्ठ सूत्र के मुताबिक करीब साढ़े 8 बजे रात को औपचारिक तौर पर की गई गिरफ्तारी।

CBI द्वारा कुल 16 आरोपियों के खिलाफ दायर किया गया है आरोपपत्र
दिल्ली स्थित राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में दायर किया गया आरोपपत्र।
दायर आरोपपत्र में लालू प्रसाद यादव ,उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी का भी है नाम।
लालू प्रसाद यादव की एक बेटी को भी बनाया गया है आरोपी।
CBI has today filed a charge-sheet in the Court of Special Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi against 16 accused including then Railway Minister, his wife, daughter, then GM, Central Railways, then CPO, private persons, candidates etc. in a case related to land for job scam.
During investigation, it has been found that the accused in conspiracy with the then GM Central Railways and CPO, Central Railways engaged persons as substitutes in lieu of land either in their name or in the name of their close relatives. This land was acquired at prices lower than the prevailing circle rate and much lower than the market rate. It was also alleged that the candidates have used false TC and submitted false attested documents to the Ministry of Railways.
Further investigation is continuing.
